What Happens When You Call

We start by sorting out the job. For a new system, we ask about roof age, which way the main slopes face and how much shade falls on them, because those three things decide panel layout and output. If panels are already on your roof, describe any fault code you have seen or the change you noticed in daily kilowatt-hours. A code or a sharp production dip usually traces back to one part, such as a failed microinverter, a loose MC4 connector or a tripped breaker.

Next, we pick a time to come out and check the roof surface, your electrical panel and the utility meter in person. After any job we finish, we check back to see how the system is producing and walk you through basic care, like when panel cleaning actually pays off. We work in McKinney and nearby towns including Allen, Frisco, Prosper and Celina.

Have These Ready Before You Call

  1. Your last twelve months of electric bills, or at least the monthly kWh totals.
  2. The approximate age of your roof and the type of shingle or other covering on it.
  3. If you already have panels, note who made the inverter and jot down any fault code, or grab a screenshot from the monitoring app.
  4. A note on your main panel's amp rating, printed on the main breaker.
